Rowing World Lucerne provides comprehensive background material and results data for your Rotsee reporting.
Rowing World Lucerne traditionally attracts major media interest. We strongly recommend that media representatives apply for accreditation in good time. The relevant forms are available online from FISA www.worldrowing.com.
Individual accreditation during the regatta is only possible under justified circumstances. Applicants must present a valid official press card at the Media Office on the Rotsee. Radio and TV stations should contact the Host Broadcaster, Schweizer Radio DRS and Schweizer Fernsehen.
Journalists at Rowing World Lucerne have full use of a special Media Centre. This is in the main covered grandstand, with a good view of the course, and separated from the spectator section. Individual desks will not be reserved. The organisers will only allocate places fitted with special equipment ordered in advance. TV commentators are in special cabins near the finishing line on the north ("Sedel") shore, opposite the finishing line.
The Media Centre offers a drink and snacks service. Other refreshments are available in the nearby spectator area.
